In Memory of Juli Anne Perry
Beyond the Mark Foundation is an inspired journey of Doug and Juli Perry.
Married young, they faced life’s challenges together, including Juli’s courageous battle with breast cancer.
Throughout their journey, they discovered profound joy in serving others.
We Continue With That Legacy…
Founded on the love and resilience of a family that overcame adversity, we continue to honor the memory of Juli Perry, whose legacy fuels our mission.
Doug, now working alongside his wife Kim, leads the foundation with a clear vision: to empower individuals and communities to thrive.
Through years of experience, both Doug and Juli had learned that much of life’s greatest joys come from serving others.
Not only did they find joy and true happiness by serving others, they found joy in their own journey as they battled the trials of cancer.
Doug and Juli hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro.
They climbed mountains, ran marathons, hiked, biked and enjoyed meaningful time with their children. They even hiked Africa’s tallest mountain Mt. Kilimanjaro, and the world’s second after the Everest,
Juli loved Africa and the people there, especially the children. In addition to their adventures, they also started a non-profit foundation to assist others, including those battling cancer.
She triumphs because she never quit laughing, she never quit inspiring, and she has a beautiful eternal family to continue her legacy of happiness, selfless service and leadership.

We’re excited for what lies ahead, including the grand opening of the Children’s Cancer Hospital in 2026, a major milestone in our mission to fight childhood cancer. Together, we will continue to honor Juli’s memory and fulfill Doug’s promise to God to serve others in love.
